Is the free tier really free forever?+
Yes — one master, three followers, up to a maximum of 10 lots per day per master. We don’t take a cut, we don’t require a card, and we don’t sunset the plan.
How is your sub-50ms claim verified?+
We publish the full latency histogram weekly, sourced from production fills. The methodology and raw CSV are linked from the Speed page.
Do I need to install an EA or run a VPS?+
No. We bridge to MT5 via the broker’s native protocol using a read-only investor key (or login + password). Nothing to install.
What happens if a region goes down?+
We replicate every trade across London and New York before any follower fill is attempted. If one region drops out, the other keeps copying — usually with under 100ms added latency.
