These Terms govern your use of the RobotCopier service operated by RobotCopier.com, 128 City Rd, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("RobotCopier", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms.
1. What we provide
RobotCopier is software that mirrors MT5 trading orders between accounts you nominate, applying the lot scaling, symbol mappings and risk caps you configure. We do not custody funds, do not place trades on our own behalf and do not offer investment advice. Your funds remain at your chosen broker at all times.
2. Eligibility & account responsibility
- You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use online trading software in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done from your account.
- The broker credentials you supply must be yours, or be ones you are explicitly authorised to control.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to defraud, harm or mislead any third party.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our broker integrations or risk-engine internals.
- Use the service to run high-frequency strategies that load our infrastructure beyond reasonable limits for the plan you're on.
- Submit broker credentials you do not have lawful authority to use.
4. Plans, payment & cancellation
Free, Trader, Provider and Institutional plans are described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe; you can cancel any time from the Plan & subscription section. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods unless required by applicable consumer law (UK CRA 2015 §28).
5. The risk warning
Trading derivatives carries a high risk of loss. Past performance is no indicator of future results. RobotCopier is software — not financial advice. Read the Risk Disclosure before you connect a live account. You are solely responsible for the trades that get copied through your accounts, including any losses arising from decisions taken by the master account you follow.
6. Availability & the SLA
We target the availability published on the SLA page. The Free tier carries no SLA. Outages, broker downtime, and force-majeure events outside our reasonable control do not give rise to a refund obligation. Where the paid-tier SLA isn't met, the remedy is the credit specified on that page; this is your sole and exclusive remedy for availability failures.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We exclude warranties not expressly given here, including fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for trading losses, opportunity cost, or any indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period (or $100, whichever is greater).
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard's Danger zone. We may suspend or close your account for breach of these Terms, regulatory necessity, or non-payment. On closure your dashboard access ends immediately; audit and accounting records are retained for the period required by UK statutory obligations (typically 6 years).
9. Changes to these Terms
We'll update these Terms when the service changes materially or to reflect a change in the law. We'll notify registered users by email when we do, and post the revised text here. Continued use after the notice period means you accept the change.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, save that consumer-protection laws in your country of residence may give you additional rights you cannot waive.
